Contains addresses, building values, construction, occupancy, and limits. - **COPE**: Construction, Occupancy, Protection, Exposure — the four data dimensions used in commercial property underwriting. - **TIV (Total Insured Value)**: total declared value of all insured property in a portfolio. - **Distance to Coast (DTC)**: straight-line distance from a property to the nearest open ocean shoreline.
